Can I order by telephone?
You can place an order by telephone between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (EST) by calling 1.800.334.0842. Orders may also be placed by fax at 336.370.4711.
How long does it take to get my order?
We at Southern Photo take pride in shipping your order within 24 hours. If an item must be ordered, you will be told the estimated delivery time. Otherwise, orders can take from one to five days depending upon your shipping location.
Am I safe to order online?

What forms of payment are accepted for online ordering?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is Southern Photo's return policy?
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for exchange, refund, or credit on your charge account in accordance with original payment method. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
Southern Photo Print and Supply Company offers a thirty (30) day return policy. Southern Photo reserves the right to deny returns. Also, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns except those due to our error.
If you have received a miss-shipment due to a Southern Photo error, you have 10 days to make a claim.
We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged. If the product is damaged in shipment, you will need to make a claim with the carrier or refuse shipment. If you suspect concealed damages, open immediately in the presence of the driver and note possible damage on the waybill. If you later discover concealed damage you have 10 days to notify the carrier to make a claim.
We require notification of any defective items within 30 days of receipt. The product may either be exchanged or customer’s account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original order.
